BREAKFAST
Well, the first food that I eat at the day is the Breakfast. My breakfast generally consists in tea very hot, with much sugar and bread with melted cheese... ñam ñam!
For get this delicious breakfast you must to follow some rules...
Ingredients:
Water
Tea
Bread
Cheese
How prepare it?
First you have to put the boiler for hot water,
after that you have to put this hot water in a glass.
Then you must to apply the teabag in the water.
For the bread, you have to add the cheese inward of the bread.
And finally you must to put the bread on the microwave and wait maybe 1 or 2 minutes.


LUNCH
My favorite lunch is the lasagna, i love it. The melted cheese, the meat, and the paste is my passion. I don't know as this lunch was prepared because i don't like stay at the kitchen jaja, I don't like cook neither. But in internet I found some tips.
Ingredients:
1/2 liter of milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
For the lasagna:
1/2 kg. Minced meat
1 package of gluten-free sheets for lasagna
6 slices of cheese to melt or grated cheese
150 g. serrano ham or bacon type
1 jar of tomato sauce
How prepare it?
We will use a set of plates to make gluten free lasagna (this recipe is made from sheets of Dr. Schar brand. Usually come 8 sheets per pack).
We heat a liter of water. When it begins to boil, add 4 sheets first and then the other 4 so it does not stick together.
After boiling for 8 minutes, are removed from the water and placed in a kitchen towel extended.
n a frying pan butter and a little grated onion. When the onion begins to brown, add half of the milk that we use.
When the milk starts to boil, add the remaining milk in we previously dissolved cornstarch.
We let go thickened and removed after fire.
Then serve in a bowl or microwave oven, extend 4 of the 8 sheets to make lasagna that we had prepared.
DINNER
For the dinner, I like eat pizza, is my favorite food for this time of the day.
For prepare it you must to have the following ingredients:
- Yeast (15 grams)
- Wheat (2 lb)
- Butter (20 grams)
- Oil (25ml)
- A pint of water
- Sugar (10 grams)
- Salt (20 grams)
- A pinch of oregano
- Tomato paste
- Cheese
How prepare it?
In yeast dissolved in warm water, a heaping tablespoon of flour, a little, very little sugar and about twice the salt.
Knead for 10 minutes and when the dough is ready.
with a fork, prick the pizza in different places, several times. Spread the tomato sauce and oregano, put it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
After this time, remove and put ingredients.
